rooftop bar amazing pool overcrowded bar faulty machines
the rooms are cool. it is something different than most other hotels. the rooftop bar and pool are AMAZING. wlan is very good. there are enough sockets for everything.
coffee machines, a nice idea, but didn't always work in practice. i tried to go into breakfast one morning but there was no availability.

a decent stay
helpful staff easy access rooftop area early closing no tv dark room
the staff at the front desk were very helpful. i especially liked that the city was easily accessible. i also appreciated the games room and the rooftop area. (i spent a good amount of time there).
the rooftop pool closed quite early at 7pm. this meant many children used it throughout the day, not ideal. my room did not have a tv. i also found the room to be quite dark.

limited variety unacceptable language
the room had no tv is a problem. i also found that the breakfast options did not meet expectations for quality. the limited variety and lack of healthy choices was disappointing. i found that the staff member at breakfast did not speak portuguese and only spoke spanish. this is unacceptable since the location is portugal.

Fantastic Stay!
free water rooftop pool unique style
I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water available. The rooftop pool offered nice relaxation. I appreciated the hotel's unique style and decor. It created a cheerful atmosphere!
I found that the room lacked a TV, which would have been nice during downtime.

The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. They gave clear directions to local spots! The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions. It made exploring so much easier. They were attentive to my needs!

My room was super clean and decorated with style. The hotel provides tea and coffee on each floor. The thick curtains in the room blocked light effectively. This helped me sleep well!
